Aptika Adds a New Payment Method: Pay by Invoice

We are pleased to introduce a new payment method for Aptika customers: Pay by Invoice.

This new option is now available during checkout and is designed for organizations that require invoice-based purchasing, such as government agencies, banks, schools, universities, and large corporations.

With Pay by Invoice, eligible customers can place their order directly online and complete payment later using one of the following methods:

  • Purchase order
  • Bank transfer
  • Interac e-Transfer
  • Cheque/check payment
  • Direct deposit

This option can also be used if you are experiencing an issue with your credit card during checkout. Once you select Pay by Invoice, our team will contact you by email to finalize the order and provide the necessary payment instructions.

Please note that Pay by Invoice requests are subject to approval by Aptika.
