UltraCard III is FARGO's highest rated card for durability and longevity. The polished PVC surface provides high image quality while the 40percent polyester core provides FARGO'S highest level of flex and temperature durability. It is ideal for abrasive high-wear applications that also require maximum card life. For best results use UltraCard III card stock in the Pro-L Printer-Encoder when laminating with PolyGuard or Thermal Transfer Overlaminate. Estimated card life for a standard 30 mil thick UltraCard III is 60 months or 5000 cycles through a card reader. Heat distortion occurs at approximately 200 degrees F.
